Splice Machine is Coming to Strata + Hadoop World New York
September 22, 2016
We are excited to announce that Splice Machine will be exhibiting at the Strata + Hadoop World New York 2016 from September 27-29, 2016 at the Javits Center. This conference is where the communities behind emerging projects associated with the big data ecosystem show off their code and projects to thousands of developers, data scientists, researchers, and business analysts.
The Splice Machine team will be discussing what’s new with our open-source SQL RDBMS powered by Apache Hadoop® and Apache Spark™ database (including a feature that will be of interest to anyone struggling with scaling on Oracle). We’ll also be outlining a simplified way to build a Lambda Architecture. Our Lambda-in-a-Box can provide significant value to application developers looking to run concurrent transactional and analytical workloads without the “enterprise duct tape” needed to keep the systems in sync.
To learn more about this and all of the other exciting things happening at Splice Machine, make sure you stop by booth #410! Our giveaway this year will make you want to “stick around”. We’ll also be a part of the Developer Showcase on September 28th in the Expo Hall
